Street photography
A very different style of photography to everything else on this website. Most of my photography efforts are aimed at capturing the beauty of nature but I confess I do also love capturing candid, and sometimes humorous, images of everyday life.

Ice Cream Man - I love the juxtaposition of the chap in the front with the torture chamber sign contrasting with the ice cream van in the background. I love his expression and can just imagine what he's thinking of me photographing him!

No Cycling Allowed! - Rules are clearly made to be broken.....

Drenched - fun in the water jets on a hot summers day.

Live for the Music - A musician on South Bank, London plays his keyboard. I love the teddy bear next to him and that its got a bottle of water!

Undercover- Yes that is a person on the nearest bench!

Joy - Just too much fun on a hot summer's day!

Danger - British humour is the best!

Out of Place - I love this image of an old fashioned gent in his deer stalker hat looking at the modern city.

Life is Short - I'm not sure they read the sign when they dumped the rubbish!

Accessibility - Ironic isn't it that the accessible toilets - described as accessible for everyone - are out of order.

The Lovers - Love isn't always easy.

Read the Signs - I just loved this sign outside a restaurant in London.

Bubbles - Who doesn't love bubbles!

Losing your Head - He's certainly lost his. South Bank in London is such a feast for street photography.

Our Modern World - Only in our social media obsessed world could it seem a good idea to photograph your ice cream! I love the guy on the left looking at the lady taking the photo, presumably thinking what on earth are you doing?

Out of Place 2 - I took this image as it just seemed so incongruous - monks on their mobile phones on South Bank looking at the modern London skyline.

I'm So Angry - Sometimes graffiti is just spot on.

Fanny Honey - Sorry!! I just couldn't resist this tea caddy in Sweden.
